Major League Baseballs owners will vote on the As relocation application during owners meetings scheduled for November, . Neither the team nor MLB have announced the news. The As relocation proposal has been in the committee stage. Theyll soon make recommendations to the league and an executive council, which will then relay its own findings to all 30 ownership groups. Novembers vote among the ownership groups is decisive. If/when that happens, theyll officially begin their move to Las Vegas.
