KL University, with 45+ years of legacy, is committed to industry-connected education. To continue to strengthen its ecosystem further, it recently undertook a series of experiential learning initiatives at KLH Global Business School, one of its constituents. This highlights the university’s position among the top universities in South India for management and interdisciplinary education.

The programs were designed to expose students to real-world financial systems, industry expectations, cybersecurity awareness, and sustainability-driven business practices. By integrating expert interactions, alumni engagement, and industry visits into the learning process, KL University continues to bridge the gap between classroom knowledge and professional realities.

As part of these initiatives, a workshop titled “An Insight into the Working of the Securities Market” was conducted for students. Securities market expert Mr. C. Kalyan Chakravarthy provided detailed insights into capital market operations, investment strategies, and responsible financial decision-making. The session enabled students to understand the fundamentals of financial markets and the importance of informed investing.

To strengthen career readiness, KLH Global Business School also organized an Alumni Series Guest Lecture titled “Employability 2026: Industry-Relevant Skills for Management Graduates.” The session was delivered by Ms. Lashya, an alumna currently working with Broadridge Financial Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. She shared practical insights on evolving corporate expectations, workplace adaptability, and the professional competencies required for management graduates to succeed in today’s dynamic business environment.

Further expanding the scope of financial awareness, MBA students participated in a cyber fraud prevention session conducted by senior officials from the Reserve Bank of India. The session was led by Mr. Ranjan, Chief General Manager, and Mr. Bala Teja, Assistant General Manager, who discussed emerging cyber threats, financial security practices, and the importance of vigilance in an increasingly digital financial ecosystem.

In addition to financial and corporate exposure, BBA students undertook an industrial visit to BIOFACTOR in Bollaram as part of their Social Immersive Learning course. The visit offered students firsthand insights into environmentally responsible industrial practices and sustainable technologies, helping them understand how sustainability can be integrated into modern business operations.

These engagements reflect KL University’s utmost focus on experiential and industry-aligned education, ensuring that students develop not only academic knowledge but also a practical understanding of real-world challenges.
